AccessiPulse processes account, workspace, client-site, scan, report, and operational data to provide accessibility scanning and reporting. Contact us at contact@accessipulse.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we process
- Account details such as email address, profile name, authentication records, and workspace membership.
- Website URLs, selected pages, automated findings, screenshots, report settings, and scan history you submit.
- Security, diagnostic, usage, and billing-control records needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, run requested scans, create reports, enforce usage limits, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and transfers
AccessiPulse relies on infrastructure and service providers including Vercel, Supabase, Google Cloud, and email delivery providers. Optional assisted-browser providers are used only when that feature is configured and requested. These providers process data under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and your choices
Scan evidence and operational records are retained only as needed for the service, configured retention, security, and legal obligations. Workspace users can delete scans in the product. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted production credentials, and isolated workspace access. No system is perfectly secure. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
