Legal
Terms of service
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These terms govern use of AccessiPulse. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for websites and data you are authorized to assess.
The service
AccessiPulse performs automated accessibility checks, captures supporting evidence, and prepares reports. Results are aids for testing and prioritization. They are not legal advice, a certification, or proof that a website complies with every applicable accessibility requirement.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
- Do not scan systems without permission, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful data.
- Do not use assisted scanning to evade a website operator's security or access restrictions.
Your content
You retain responsibility for URLs, screenshots, branding, and other content submitted to the service. You grant AccessiPulse the limited permission required to process that content and provide the requested service.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep AccessiPulse reliable, but scans can be incomplete because of site changes, authentication, bot protection, third-party outages, or limitations of automated testing. Review findings before relying on or sharing a report. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or complete detection of every issue.
Changes and contact
We may update the service or these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here. Contact contact@accessipulse.com with questions.
